What is the booking process?

• Send your enquiry over with details of your ideal holiday. Use any of the booking channels mentioned in my profile - booking form, DM, email.

• I will send you over quotes which can be modified to create your dream holiday option. You may receive couple of different options. I will work on the quote until you are happy with the quote.

• Agree on your holiday, I will proceed with supplier and take a deposit (if required). In some cases payment will be required in full. You will receive your ATOL certification if applicable.

• It’s time to purchase your travel insurance if you don’t already have one!

• I’ll stay in touch with you throughout your holiday for an extra peace of mind.

What do I need to create your dream holiday?

Enquiry details will include - travel dates, ideal destination, departure airport, duration, number of travellers, ages of children (if applicable), board basis, holiday type, budget.

And anything else you can think of that will help me create the perfect holiday for you!

What protection do you offer?

Package holidays booked with me are ATOL protected. You will receive your ATOL certificate at the time of booking. In case of booking separate components - hotel and transfer only will not come under ATOL protection. In this instance to protect your funds you will receive SFI (supplier failure insurance)

Protected Trust Services (PTS) is a financial protection scheme designated for the travel industry. This means that every time you book a holiday with PTS member, your money only goes towards he arrangement of your holiday. Your money are protected in the event of travel company insolvency. Both package holidays and linked travel arrangements are included. Only individually booked components, flight only booking are not included.
